[Bf-translations-dev] Help

Hello, I'm trying to test the translation and having problems to convert
.po to .mo. I'm using Windows 7 with Python 3.2.

*To convert the translation I made a .bat file like this and it worked fine:
*
python fa_to_utf.py fa.po fa_out.po

*Now when I do something like that to convert .po to .mo it always gives
error:*
python update_po.py msgfmt fa_out.po -o blender.mo

*It gives this error:*
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "update_po.py", line 31, in <module>
    import settings
ImportError: No module named settings

I don't know much Python. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
