Committing is really not the right way to test :)
If you don't have gettext setup in your system we have binaries for
windows in the blender lib folder. For Linux it should apt-gettable
and for OSX I can provide you with the binaries too.
Apart from that I'm not sure you got my reply (I sent to you
directly). I believe the only problem in the Persian script was the
lack of the "Persian" chars. (without them all chars are considered
not suitable to stick, leading to the 'isolated' as the presentation
form to all chars).
