[Bf-taskforce25] Proposal: .B.blend -> startup.blend

+1 ...
but I would like to have the option to hide it on my home folder, like how
it is now. I don't access this folder all the time, so, imho, is not a big
deal to have it hide.

So, may be an option on Blender to search for a blender/ folder, and if do
not find it, search for a .blender/ folder next. Same for startup.blend
file. That means, if is decided to have the folder unhide by default, we
still with the option to hide this folder only renaming (for lin and osx
users).
