Excellent idea :)
Only, as a minimum, sites should of course support whatever default keymaps
Blender currently ships with so the user can simply select the correct
keymap from a dropdown menu.
An option to upload any keymap is of course the most flexible solution, but
again, the simplest option for the newbie is to state what version of
Blender s/he's using at the top toolbar of the webpage.
As a side-effect, this could mark or hide documentation that only really
works well with Blender versions different from the one selected.
