[Bf-taskforce25] Keyboard Shortcuts Proposal

Like the new layout! A couple of suggestions/thoughts

- LMB + drag for border select is kind of standard in other softwares,
missed alot when I started using blender
- Can't find deselection in your keymap.
- There seems to be something wrong with the 8-key in edit mode in you keymap.
