[Bf-taskforce25] Hotkeys for mesh selection mode switching.

So after further discussion on IRC, we decided to postpone any hotkey
changes until things get much further along.  This way I'm not
frustrating testers by changing things.  I'll be reverting the hotkey
change I made yesterday for now.
