[Bf-taskforce25] Small UI panel inconsistency ?

Dear coders :)

I think I've spotted a small inconsistency about UI style.
Here is a pic to show the problem :

In my screenshot, there is no visual separation between "secondary" 
Fluid panels and "main" Softbody panel...
I think we should make a clear separation between "main" and "secondary" 
panels.

Tell me if this is not clear enough, and what you think about this problem.
