[Bf-taskforce25] Editor TODO's

I'll be happy to merge the loop changes and whatever else is necessary
to bmesh when they're finished :)  Though I thought I'd remind people,
please no *new* features in the mesh code.  I have enough stuff to
rewrite, thank you very much, as it is :)
