   I really agree with this point.  I really love animation playback
being non-modal, and I therefore 100% agree with using alt-a as a
toggle, and not using Esc.
   But it would be nicer, IMO, if when playback stops the current
frame snapped back to where it was before playback started.  As an
animator I find it more useful.
