[Bf-taskforce25] RNA - Flags for Properties

Hi Brecht,

With regard to preventing some 'sensitive' settings from being modified
during by the Animation System, the RNA docs/comments/code seems rather
vague about the purpose of some of the flags there. The purpose/roles of the
following flags are not clear:

* PROP_NOT_EDITABLE
* PROP_EVALUATED
* PROP_NOT_DRIVEABLE

Which of these are relevant to determining which properties are animatable?
