[Bf-taskforce25] Animation-Related "monkeywork" available

Hi,

This is just to let those people interested in working on some stuff in the
2.5 animation system (Roland?), that there are now a few things that you can
do. Any interested takers should reply here to avoid conflicts of work.
Note: currently, this list is limited, but there will be more entries later
when I've got more core editors set up (i.e. once the basics for updated IPO
Editor are set up).

Action Editor:
* Menus in the header (editors/space_action/action_header.c) need to be
repopulated.
This involves copying the existing menus (in header_action.c) from animsys2
(branches/animsys2/) and hooking up the entries to the operators...

TimeLine:
* Set Start/End operators. These should be relatively straightforward for
someone to implement to get a taste of writing operators.

RNA:
* DNA_action_types.h stuff needs to be RNA-ified.
* DNA_constraints_types.h still needs to be RNA-ified, but there are a few
things here which may make this not so suitable for beginners to attempt.
