[Bf-taskforce25] RNA Naming

Recently I noticed some inconsistencies with rna property names.
>From talking on IRC with Brecht we agreed on some conventions and I
added them to the wiki.

Open to additions/changes but I like to try keep to this unless we
agree on a different convention.
