1+ for...
* As a single line (like for Image) in both the VSE and Logic Window

EXCEPT. not quite in a single line, take the image properties as an example.
Look at the top 3 lines, something like this could work for both panels.
The texture image type shares the same interface.

2-4 lines is enough for filename, name, load, pack + some options can
be made into a template. If it ends up needing to be bigger its no
problem (think of the motion actuator!)

In both cases with the sequencer and game logic Id prefer not to have
to go to another area to load in the sound, then switch back.
