[Bf-taskforce25] Developer Documentation Feedback

Hi,

I'd like to get some feedback on which developer docs are most missing
for 2.5. Here is the current state:

Please tell me which areas you think are not documented well enough and
which are most important. We can only document things up to a certain
level of detail, so it would be good to hear what the priorities are.
These are the ones I think are most urgent:

* UI Layout Engine API.
* RNA functions (FunctionRNA).
* RNA data flow.
* Python operator API.

These I think would be nice but are not immediately needed:

* Adding spaces and regions.
* Render engine API.
* Buffer Swapping implementation.
