[Bf-taskforce25] Blendfont status and proposal.

We can keep BGE bitmap fonts but remove blenders bitmap fonts since
they are different (one uses an image the other has the bitmap font
data in header files).

The BGE would just need to use freetype fonts for the profiler/debug
overlay but that should be fine.
