[Bf-taskforce25] Note about verse

Hi,

It's safe to remove all Verse code (ifdeffed anyway) from the 2.5 
codebase.
I've discussed it with Jiri and Nathan, and they both agree that *if* 
it comes back, it'll be differently implemented anyway.
