[Bf-scripts-dev] Removing the Wings3D Module

OK, that's a good idea. Let's include the script and just state that it 
isn't guaranteed to work in all situations, but it's good enough for general 
use. I've already added some info and warnings in the __bpydoc__ field.

My Nendo module is much more robust and will always import correctly. But 
the edge table in the Nendo format is limited to 32,767 entries. Wings has 
extended this limit to 65,535. Since Blender can now support larger meshes, 
I'll allow my module to support the higher settings, unless anyone objects.

I've filled in the __bpydoc__ for all of my scripts. I edited the files from 
the 2.35a release. And the only two of my modules that have had changes by 
others are LW and OFF. Let me know when I should send you my updates.
