[Bf-python] Python API updated for 2.79?

I can't find the docs on the new add_pass, etc functionality for
RenderEngine type, and other 2.79 changes.  Has the new docs just not been
uploaded or is it just not documented, or are we just supposed to read
commit comments as documentation?
