[Bf-python] Blender 2.79a - proposed list of backported commits for add-ons

Hi,

I can confirm that rBA2e3b7dafbcd6 (io_export_paper_model: update to
upstream) is a fix that won't break anything and I'd like to have it in
2.79a, please.
