Cambell

Will do. I should have some time this week.

I've been keeping a note of all the changes you've made with the plan to
eventually bring the two scripts together.

Regards and thanks
John

Subject: FBX/XNA Exporter

Hi John,

Recently I've been working on fixing FBX bugs as well as making some
API updates, and unless I someone syncs these updates with XNA export,
this script may become unsupported, or at least remain with known
bugs.

Some months back I used the XNA export as a reference for making the
FBX exporter compatible with UDK.
- Don't export dummy root object anymore.
- Use modified order of connection exporting similar to XNA export.
- Modified bone connections (cant recall exactly what changed - will
be in svn log, but the way bones and the mesh bind was modified for
XNA which was needed for UDK also).

Would you be able to test if a recent FBX exporter (not XNA) from
graphicall exports FBX's compatible with XNA?

Thanks

CC-ing bf-python in case others are able to test with XNA or give extra
info.
