[Bf-python] force IPO editor into edit mode

I've tried faking a TABKEY event over the IPO editor window, but that won't
trigger it into curve points edit mode.  I don't mind making a custom python
wrapper for this one case, looking through editipo.c i don't see where i can
hook in.  Has anybody got a workaround?
