[Bf-python] A python25.zip file is needed for the current CVS

Hi,
I still believe that it's much better to distribute Blender with this
minimal set of default modules on Windows.
Let's not forget that users of other platforms already have the needed
Python install, usually, and that Windows users are the vast majority.
With two very small files (a zip and a .pyd) they don't need to download
and install 9MB (I guess) *of the right version* of a language + simple
ide + tools + sample scripts + extensive documentation that they will
possibly only use for Blender.
The trouble of bundling just enough Python to let them run a lot of
scripts out of the box is negligible considering the alternative, imho.
Imagine the "I downloaded Blender at school, took it home and found out
I need something called Python to import obj"; "it's even bigger than
Blender!"; plus much more of those "I installed Python 2.X (X == wrong
version), but Blender still says I don't have it", etc. etc.
Now, when our nice users get more experienced and decide to try a little
scripting or installing some meaner script package, then they are
required to be able to install full Python themselves.
