[Bf-python] removing python based image baking scripts

- request to review with the intendtion of removing dup functionality 
only, from a quick look it seems that they are intended to do the same 
things- bake Normals, AO, All, useful func from all python scripts 
should be moved into the C version.  - so texture, vcols etc could be added.
- but I need to look closer as do others.
