[Bf-python] xfig export: new version.

A new version of the .fig export script is avaiable (and attached).
Changes in this version:
-Added the option to export on a 'per-edge' basis, since a true 
'wireframe' mesh, made with no faces
 was not exported in the previous version (that only exported faces).
-Cleaned some code
-Debugged the 'bounding box' of the compound objects exported to xfig 
when the single file with
 multiple views are generated
-Added a comment on how to export in:
       box, cgm, eepic,  eepicemu,  emf,
       epic,  eps,  ge,  gif,  ibmgl, jpeg, latex, map, mf, mmp, mp, 
pcx, pdf,
       pdftex, pdftex_t, pic, pictex, png, ppm,  ps,  psfig,  pstex,  
pstex_t,
       ptk,  sld,  textyl,  tiff,  tk,  tpic, xbm, xpm
 formats (using transfig or xfig) starting from the ".fig" generated file.
