[Bf-python] Scripts CVS

since nobody uses the scripts CVS could we remove 
http://projects.blender.org/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/scripts/?cvsroot=bf-scripts
Having a scripts cvs is good but will probably only get used if we 
replace the bf-blender's ./release/scripts dir with these.

Im asking it get removed because some people download the scripts and 
report bugs not realising its not maintained.
