[Bf-python] Problems with driven bones in Python

If you could put this in the bug tracker we'll take a look at this and
see what it is that needs to get fixed. Right now there aren't any known
issues with driven bones.

I have written a Python script that exports armature animations from a 
Blender scene.  Everything works fine except some key frames for certain

bones don't always animate correctly.  These bones have a "Locked Track"

constraint on them, which constraints them to another bone in the same 
armature.  That other bone is driven by another object in the scene.  My

guess is that the Blender Python API may not be providing the proper 
pose information for these driven bones.

What known issue exist around driven bones?
How likely is it that any of these problems might already be fixed in 
the release candidate for the next version of Blender?
