[Bf-python] Submitted scripts and python versions

For submitted scripts, what is the official word
on which python version they should be targetted
for? The reason I ask is that I tried the 3ds import
script and it failed because my python (2.3)
didn't have set() (a Python 2.4 feature).

I thought the current target is for python 2.3
compatibility?
