[Bf-python] Blender Release

For those that don't follow the bf-committers list, go to BCon 3 this
week, and have a preview release for October 15, then a 'real release'
probably early november.

Thus we should get the scripts for the next blender release gathered,
I'll be presenting the list of suggestions at the next meeting, and
I've asked for suggestions on the elysiun python forum.
