[Bf-python] testing needed of sculpt mesh with CVS python

I'd appreciate if fellow pythoners could test sculpt mesh with current
release candidates (we are considering bundling but haven't put it in
CVS yet, and thus we would like it thoroughly tested before a definite
decision is made at this Sundays meeting).
