[Bf-python] time for python 2.4?

Stephen, Would be nice to have 2.4.x for blender 2.37, its a fair 
ammount faster. fixes a major memory leak that caused large lists to hog 
way too much ram (Gigerbytes).

I have been using since 2.4rc1 was released and havnt had any problems.
