[Bf-python] PSK export script

i keep working with the python api for bones and it frequently doesn't
respond properly... to begin with for now the only way to test this is
to use windows since the app you use to import it is a windows only
application.
psk export suite:

( includes the bug where all bones you have wind up in the location on
top of the starting bone )
unreal engine run time:
http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/UnrealEngine2Runtime ( use unrealed import
on animation for skeletal meshes to test this )
note: a minor basic working knowledge of unrealed will really help you
since you haft to import it again and again and also read it's error
messages.
