[Bf-python] Particle Interaction and Softbodies

The particle interaction patch on the tracker now includes get/set 
function for the vars in the softbody struct. The one thing that is not 
done is access to the softbody flag variable in the object struct that 
sets several different on/offs in the softbody code. Not sure if this 
should just be a get/setFlag or split into getUseSoftbody, set..., 
getUseEdges, getUseGoal etc.

I think this patch is not to far off from committable. Stivs?
