[Bf-python] Bezier Curve Creation

Last year I posted to elysiun inquiring about development on BezTriple 
and curve creation with python (creating a bezier curve from scratch).

The last post stated that this functionality would be implemented in 
2.35, but it wasn't and obviously it wasn't in 2.36 (bugfix release), 
so I was just curious if this functionality is already in the cvs or 
will be in the next release?
