[Bf-python] Emesh bug fixed! Can manipulate verts now!!

Hi joeed-
Im quite excitec about emesh.

A few questions-

Redrawing should be removed from the functions and moved into the menu 
calls (from the W menu for eg,)
since the python code will run better
