[Bf-python] Emesh bug fixed! Can manipulate verts now!!

I fixed the bug, and now it's possible to maniuplate verts now.

The only problem I'm having, is that I really need it to call a 
Refresh_EditLists function whenever the variable EMesh.verts is 
accessed.  Anyone have any ideas other then implementing a new list 
type?  It's certainly annoying to have to call EMesh.Refresh (a method I 
put in to manually call Refresh_EditLists).
