Thanks Stoiko, fixed the bug.
Turned out to be very simple, and not exactly a bug in the import process.
Somehow the NMesh's UV's flag was off- I assume it was somthing like the 
first face of the object didnt have UV's.
Anyhow, its turned on by default now and your model imports fine.
