[Bf-python] My changes are ready

Welcome back, Willian!

My changes are ready to be reviewed and (I hope) included into bf-blender 
CVS.

I created the "app" Python object so that I can call blender from the command 
line,
 have it run tests and then exit (so I can call it again if necessary without 
leaving
 a lot of copies running).  I hope this isn't too controversial...
