[Bf-python] Features proposal: adding scriptlink pulldown & 'Text editor' sort

Well, I know It's not the better forum for present these ideas, so I 
tell it to you like a previous "poll".

1-Just like in scripts window, maybe adding a pulldown menu next to the 
event kind (FrameChanged, Redraw) would be a good idea. Such scripts 
would be located in the same 'scripts' menu, and a new group 
'Scriptlink' would be created. So, when you open that menu, the scripts 
list appear (and a new 'Update Menus' option') showing just the ones in 
such 'Scriptlink' group. Better than a thousand words:

2-The second idea is also shown in the image, that's a new group named 
'Text Editor' or 'Text Buffer' or so that. There's listed all the 
scripts in the text buffers. It gives agility in some actions, I guess, 
and it would be located both, at the scripts window and at the above 
scriptlink menu.
