[Bf-python] Curve.setFlag() help

Curve.setFlag()'s doc string says:

"(int) - Sets flag (see the doc for semantic)"

But the API doc dosn't list a setFlag() method anywhere in the Curve
module...
I would be happy to document this function, but I don't even know what it
does.  Does anyone know what the arguments can be, what Curve.getFlag
returns, and what the flags do?  I could probably figure it out using
Blender, but I'm feeling very lazy this morning.
