[Bf-python] Patch, added ApplySizeRot(), Join(), Centre()

Hi, Added these 3 functions to BPythion and seperated UI spesific code 
into seperate functions.

Object.ApplySizeRot()
Object.Centre(mode)
Object.Join()

They all operate on selected objects just like there respective menu items.
epydocs have been updated too.

Heres the patch against the latest CVS.
