[Bf-python] Feature request: Access to Action Actuators in scripts outside the game engine

In order to export animations, it would be nice to have the following two 
additions:

(1) GameLogic.getCurrentController().getActuator() returns a list of all 
action actuators.

(2) Access to the GameLogic module (import GameLogic) in scripts outside the 
game engine.
