[Bf-python] SpaceScript suggestion

When you use a full screen script, like export-import, where
the fileselector must use all space available, no problem.

But a lot of scripts require a screen splitted (classic is
left 3dwindow and right scriptwindow). Actually, to use
a script like this, the user must split by hand the screen before
import it.

I think (supposed the user start form standard one 3dwindow)
is very useful a way to assign the script window position using
the information in the header of script.

It's possible?
