[Bf-python] Clean meshs now twize as fast too :)

Hi All- Heres a new clean_mesh script.

changes.
- use .pop() instead of .remove() (benchmark from 66 sec to 27sec)
- Prints time
- Removed silly debug printing info.

..Kept dockstrings from 2.35 release.
