[Bf-python] Updated diffs for first pass on sound module

Hello All-

I realized that my previous set of diffs had not been  updated with the 
latest source
from bf-blender. so I've updated the  diffs:

I  realize that this won't go in until after the latest release, but I wanted 
 to
correct it sooner rather than later.
