[Bf-python] Script page at blender.org

I tried 2 weeks ago to integrate directly most of these scripts in 
blender, but had little feed back (just one tester. Btw, he thought it 
was handy enough...  ;-)  ).

I will do it again with the new UI, an entry is already ready (Help 
-->Python scripting reference.)

I located these scripts in $HOME/.blender/scripts. It can easily be changed.

I don't think ALL the scripts in elysiun must be proposed to the users. 
We'll have to select the most useful ones.
