Hi,

About the page at blender.org about scripting, with a list of working
scripts:

People interested in helping with it, please use this list to coordinate the
efforts.  There are people here who can help with advices, answers and, of
course, work, so let's get it done.  But please mention you're working on
it, so others don't lose time doing the same thing -- much better to
cooperate from start.

Any volunteers to:

a - collect material / ideas
b - prepare a first draft, simple and short

?

Nothing fancy, really.  Basic html will do -- take a look at www.blender.org
for an idea of how it will look like (the theme) once posted there.
