[Bf-python] Lattice module

Here's the lattice module! I think that everything is there.
Methods are:
getName - Return Lattice Object name
setName- Change Lattice Object name
setPartitions - Set the number of Partitions in x,y,z
getPartitions- Get the number of Partitions in x,y,z
setLatKeyTypes - Set the key types for x,y,z dimensions
getLatKeyTypes- Get the key types for x,y,z dimensions
setMode - Make an outside or grid lattice
getMode - Get lattice mode type
setLatPoint - Set the coordinates of a point on the lattice
getLatPoint - Get the coordinates of a point on the lattice
applyLatDeform- Apply the new lattice deformation to children
insertLatKey - Set a new key for the lattice at specified frame
