Hi,

I looked at the example code in the docs, fixed a few things, mostly
formatting, added a code example for Scene, etc.

Jacques: the Effect module has no example code.  And the changes you've
made to Ipo, if the docs need updating, it's important to do so (or else
you'll be answering more questions on the list and forums : ) ).

BTW, in the case of things that might change in the future, like the
Blender.ReleaseGlobalDict function and NMesh.insertKey and
.removeAllKeys, I explicitly @warn'ed this (that they may change) in the
docs.
