[Bf-python] More symbols for dlltool/python.def

Hi,

Two more symbols are missing in dlltool/python.def:
PyDict_Update
PyString_FromFormat

Why not adding a complete python.def with all symbols?
When there's no reason the attached python.def with
all symbols could be useful. The size of the binary
is not an issue for me because the official Win32
releases are anyway done with MSVC I think.
