[Bf-python] API python 2.3 ?

I also would recommend STRONGLY Python 2.3 If
necessary, you can always release a test version,
which could be checked thoroughly by the Blender
Python community. Maybe there might be some problems
if Blender compiles with python2.3, but the fact is
that is now for sure a problem to use Blender with
python2.3 It's a pitty that such a nice package as
Blender prevents users from upgrading them to the last
stable release of their favorite programming language.
If you use python only with Blender it's fine, but if
you use python for a lot of other things, it is really
frustrating.
I see no reason why not to do it. It has to happen
anyway and it won't be a good idea to wait for Python
2.4

PS The last version of spe (http://spe.pycs.net) has
now full support for Blender 2.31a, including the
Texture and Lattice module.
